At FIT KING, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our 30-day return policy permits customers to open and test the product. Should the product fail to meet your expectations or not perform as anticipated, you may contact us directly via email to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of damage, stains, or missing components. All original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included with the return.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop.de@ifitking.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation. Our team will assess your request and provide you with the appropriate return address. Do not return the item yourself before receiving the correct return address from our customer service team.
Return Shipping:
Once you have received the return address, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. Please provide the return tracking number to our customer service team to expedite the return process.
Refund Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
a. Personalized or customized products
b. Gift cards or vouchers
c. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
d. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at shop.de@ifitking.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

We do not accept any returned merchandise shipped out over 30-day from the shipping date.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired the 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through FIT KING's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
Our Refund Situation
Eligible for refund:
1. Product problem
We focus on providing you with high-quality goods. However, if the goods you receive do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems. We will process the refund request within 3 working days.
For quality problems or problems caused by our faults:
First, you need to submit evidence, video, or images about the product to shop.de@ifitking.com. Please include your order number in the email.
Secondly, the returned product must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will sign and submit it to our after-sales team for processing.
2. Out of stock
If the goods you have purchased cannot be shipped due to a lack of stock, we will contact you via email. We will provide you with the option of refunding or waiting for the inventory.
3. Remote areas
Due to some remote areas and military locations, we are unable to ship or deliver. We will communicate with you by email as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a refund.
NOTE:
- Products showing malicious physical damage will not be acceptable
- Any other defects that are not caused by workmanship or product quality
- Items that have expired their warranty period are not acceptable for a return & refund
- Free products are not acceptable for any return or refund
- Purchases from the illegitimate resources are not acceptable for any return or refund
- A tracking number for the return must be provided
- We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company may also take 3-5 business days to process and mail the refund.
Regarding The Refund Process:
When you meet the above refund conditions:
- Please contact our customer service at shop.de@ifitking.com as soon as possible, and our team will reply to you within 1-3 business days.
- The order number needs to be provided to us.
- Provide sufficient evidence to prove that there is a problem with the product or other related evidence. For specific questions, please consult customer service.
- After confirming that the goods can be returned, we will confirm the return address and recipient information to you (important).
- It is necessary for us to check the quality of the returned goods.
- If the wrong product is returned or not returned, you will not get a refund.
- We will notify you after receiving and checking your return whether the refund was successful.
Return Policy
To ensure that our customers are aware of the policy in different return situations, please refer to the following detailed instructions for mid-shipment returns and in-process returns:
A. Returning goods in transit after they have been shipped
If a shipment has been shipped and you decide to return it en route, you will need to first contact our customer service team at shop.de@ifitking.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
You will need to wait for the shipment to arrive and be signed for, then follow our normal return policy.
Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the return and any other associated costs.
On a case-by-case basis, we will refund the remaining amount based on the original value of the item, less the appropriate fees. The exact amount of the refund will be determined after consultation with you.
B. Returning an item while in production before payment has been made
If you decide to return an item while it is still in production, please contact our customer service team at shop.de@ifitking.com immediately with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will assess whether the order can be cancelled and refunded based on the production schedule. If production is complete or nearly complete, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
If the order can be cancelled, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the appropriate fees based on the production schedule. The exact amount of the refund will be determined after consultation with you.

The additional shipping costs incurred during the return process may vary depending on various factors. The following are some of the costs that may be incurred, so that you are aware of the costs you may have to bear:
A. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us. This may vary depending on location, weight, and package size.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or damage to your shipment in transit. We will not be able to process a refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
B. Duties and Taxes
Depending on the laws of your country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on returned goods. These charges will be borne by you.
Please note that we will not refund fees incurred for duties and taxes during the refund process.
C. Additional Charges
If the returned item does not comply with our return policy (e.g., the item is damaged, incomplete or missing packaging, etc.), we may deduct a certain amount as a supplemental fee depending on the circumstances.
Additional packaging charges may be incurred if the returned item needs to be repackaged to ensure its safe arrival.

Exchange Situation:
We are not able to exchange or return products with no physical flaws.
For non-quality issues, that is, if you are just not satisfied with it/buy it wrong, exchange or return is not allowed. If you have any confusion or problems with using our products, please do not hesitate to consult our customer service at shop.de@ifitking.com.
For quality issues, if you want to exchange the goods, our team will process them for you as soon as possible after confirming the evidence you submitted.
About the Return Shipping fee:
We'll cover the return shipping fee if:
- Quality-related issues
- The wrong product was shipped
- Arrived with missing parts
- If the device is defective within 30 days
- Other problems caused by our faults
You'll need to pay the return shipping fee if:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
- Unwanted or mistakenly purchased
